How to Boost Sales at the Bar

My GF and I own a bar and I play in multiple bands for multiple years....LOL! Oddly, the bar racks up more money when the band is on break. Of course, if they break too long people leave. But they aren't dancing when the band breaks and so the bar gets rushed....simple.
