How to Remove TC Electronic BG250-208 Head

Hey, has anybody succeeded in removing the head from the BG250-208? I need to fix the head phone jack but cannot get to it without taking the head off the speaker cab. TC Electronic support told me that they have no information on how to do this. Any help would be appreciated.

Resurrected! It has been a while this amp has been out. I would be interested in removing the head from the combo too if someone has already done it. It is out of warranty anyway!
