How to share files ?

I recently acquired a Zoom Q2n 4K video recorder, for rehearsal & live gigs.
I am very impressed with the sound quality & how easy it is to position the
device for excellent sound balance.

However, the file size (audio only) is too big for email & Facebook Messenger.

So what is the best & cheapest way to share files with my bandmates or
indeed TalkBass, please.
Do you just want to share for them to listen or are you exchanging files for recording purposes? If its just listening then MP3 should be more than adequate. If you are recording, then 44.1/24 WAV would be the minimum I would go.

I use Google drive to share practice recordings with our band. As others have posted, convert to MP3 (I use Audacity) and drag an drop. A 2 hour practice is about 1.25GB .wav file, converted to MP3 it's about 750MB. I only use it for current practices and delete old files as needed - you can share folders with your band so they can download (by email address).

Good luck
