how would you rate the YAMAHA TRB 5P2

Hi there, I would like to know

how would you rate the Yamaha

TRB 5P2 in comparison to perhaps

a WARWICK FNA JAZZMAN or

a TOBIAS CLASSSIC. Im thinking

of buying a new bass and the

yamaha is avery common brand

in my country, the other basses

are quiet hard to get. what i really

need to know is the yamaha is as good as the other two.

could your yamaha, warwick and tobias owners please help

I personally love Warwicks, but the new ones are an acquired taste.

I have loved every Tobias I have played, but I've only played pre Gibson ones.

IME Yamaha's are solidly built basses, but have little 'character' to them,

I would go with yamaha its nice build,japanese quality,ebony fretboard and piezzo bridge with control
what else u need.

Warwick would be my first choice if they had wenge neck like old ones.

Tobias to pricey for what u get .Old ones(pre gibson) are great.
