Well now that we are airing our opinions, I dont think its appropriate to rip people off , continue to lie and I also dont think its chill to let someone off because they return the money, that doesnt right a wrong. If you had taken the time to track him down via this address you had we may have never reached this point, but we did.

agreed, but it's water under the bridge, NOW is the time to get law enforcement involved because it's clear this is going to happen again. This guy, his "mom" or his band may be experiencing a little mob justice but that's probably not enough to stop this long term. Just my 0.02 dealing w/sociopaths and such.......

And also, making death threats against Nick or anyone he played/plays with in a band is clearly not cool. That's taking the mob mentality too far.
