...The problem is, most in the group feel a bit lost without him. This is their "one basket".
What you've got to realise is that when you work with a flake (and he IS a flake) people will perceive you ALL as being flaky, even though you're not.
As in "You can't trust this band to all show up for a gig - they're a bunch of flakes".
