I can't update Nemesis from FW 1.13 HELP!

Hello!
I have a big problem with my Nemesis Delay. I can't update Nemesis from FW 1.13. Neuro Desktop recognizes it, but nothing happens when I want to edit some presets or upgrade the pedal.

I think if I had the "Nemesis Updater" I could possibly achieve it. I dont know!
Can you help me? Thank you!

I've had some issues with this sort of thing before, make sure you have the latest Neuro Desktop version. Beyond that, I'll tag @nnavarro @rsmith601

Thank you. I have the latest Neuro Desktop version. I get the same problem with the app on my phone, ipad, etc ...
