I didn't know it was this bad

Big Time Rush Facebook likes=3,394,080

Not that I care much about Facebook, but

The worst part is that more of my friends like Big Time Rush than Rush. High school girls :rollno:

Dude, while the Pop Tarts do drive music sales and trends, most of this crap will be replaced by even more crap in 10 years. The Biebs won't be around in 10 years, Rush has been touring longer than he's been alive (by twice, I believe) and they've still got plenty of years left in them apparently. Same with Cash, The Beatles, AC/DC, Metallica, Led Zeppelin, Nirvana, REM, and Floyd: Folks will always desire music that is timelessly awesome while the crowd follows the Next Big Thing.

I hope.

Peace,
Greg

So I guess the "I'm upset with the current state of music" threads are OT/Misc's "What is the best bass for metal?" threads? This isn't new :p.

I agree with this post - this attitude is basically just disliking a more "popular"group for the appearance that it takes.

You don't have kids who watch Nickelodeon do you?

They're a boy band that was put together for a show, and tour dining songs from their show.

so... they're basically the monkees? (do I have the spelling right?)
