Well, my church gigs are in peril. But luckily, no matter how good he is, he can't undercut me on rate. ;-)

Somehow, this little guy, being 50 some years younger than me, has more wear on his bass than I ever have had on any of mine. Must be from decades playing in honky tonks.

At 9, I was dreading my next accordion lesson. Now at 62 and playing bass for 40+ years, this 9 year old kicks my butt. Maybe in another 9 years I'll be as good as him? I won't hold my breath. The kid's a killer player.
