Music store guy: So what do you play? Guitar? Keyboard? Drums?
Me: These days, mostly bass.
Music store guy: Well, I guess somebody has to.

The store was a local independent retailer - I don't want to mention their name. No need to smear a place for one guys slip up.

I think I am going to walk in a few more times wearing a 'Bass Pride' t-shirt though.

"These days, mostly bass" I would think with that answer though- he probably thought you were pushed into bass duty, so I wouldn't be too hard on the guy.

I love that one but sadly i think the reason we dont do it is that the female singers voice can't do it.
