I hate the word....

I know, it's not really a word, and that's the problem I have with it when used in "proper" conversation. Every time I see a national newscaster or a public speacker and hear them say "gonna", I just cringe.
On the other hand, if you're just hangin' around with friends, you're gonna say it. Ya' know ya' will. I know I do. But if you're on national TV (or local, for that matter), speak properly.

Get Fire Fox...built in spell checker for fields. When you spell something wrong it gets underlined in red and right clicking it gives you other choices.
In case you didn't get it, I misspelled those words intentionally, hence the
smiley.And to add some new content to the thread: I hate the word "guitard", as it is extremely disrespectful and insulting. It was funny the first time I read it, but that was a long time ago.

I hate corporate fluff words like "robust" and "expertise". Every time somebody uses one in a meeting, I wretch internally.

The one that gets me is "basically". Use of this word usually precedes a long, complex and overly detailed description of something with very few basic elements.
