I figured at that price, I couldn't go too far wrong. I still want an electric bass, but I figure this will be fun for those times when I'm going on car trips and just want something to plunk on (I usually also bring a travel guitar - in my case a Journey Overhead OF420B or an Emerald X7).

My dad a fretless version for a little bit. It was a cool bass and was surprisingly loud acoustically. An acoustic guitar would eat it up volume wise but it’s perfect to jam along to the radio!

Can’t beat the price. I think you’ll have fun!
