Hey TalkBass,

I'm Jordan, a bass player from Maryland, USA! You're into music too I guess??

I started playing bass in 2007, because my guitarist friend wanted someone to play with so he convinced me to learn bass. I play piano too and make rap instrumentals and beats.

I did indeed join this forum back in 2007, I do not know how I haven't been here, but now that I am, I hope to learn a lot from the people on the forum and improve my bass playing.

Welcome. I too got talked into playing bass. I can honestly say it's one of the greatest things that ever happened to me.
