Double Bass I need a better description than 'Feet Thingies'

So I'm at a conference in NOLA and the bassist for a band was playing this 1/4 size bass with wooden 'feet' on the left side of the bass. This makes a lot of sense but I'm not sure what to call them.

I call them bass bumpers but I have heard them called edge protectors, edge bumpers, edge pads, etc. Here's link to the one's I bought: Invalid Link Removed

I bought these as well for my 60 year old German carved bass. They work great. Gollihur is great to deal with too.
