I need a New Amp

I've been playing bass for a little over a year, and not to sound stuck up or anything, but I've become a very good player. Right now I'm in a band (or I have been since I started playing bass) and I'm using a Line 6 LowDown Studio 110 75 watt bass amp at home. At band practices I use a Lab Series L2 Head and a Lab Series cab at my guitarist's house, and it's very good. I think I need a louder amp due to the fact that at gigs I always have to use someone else's bass amp, "gigs" being talent shows and carnivals. My band got a few larger gigs coming up this summer, and I want a good amp to get the job done. So far I'm looking at:
Ampeg BA300 1x15 combo, 300 watts $529.99
Acoustic Model 136 1x15 combo, 200 watts $329.99
Peavey Tour TNT 1x15, 600 watts $499.99
Gallien Krueger MB210, 500 watts $599.99

I'm running my bass through a Zoom B2.1u effect pedal then to the amp. I'm a freshman and I don't really have any steady income, so choosing the right amp is imperative. Should I go combo, or head/cab? Thanks.

IMO the G-K first (request an "Old School Quote" from Invalid Link Removed ), BTW 350 watts IIRC to just the internal speakers.
Peavey second place.
Still don't know the reliability of the Acoustic, too much bad blood to recommend (personally) giving LOUD Tech (current owner of the Ampeg "name") any money) again just personal opinion.
Two 10's are going to cut through better than a single 15" IME and 300 watts out should be your minimum goal.
Add a 212 or second 210 to the G-K for outside gigs.
Good luck, enjoy the ride. :) I was there 40 something years ago....... :D

Thanks alot guys. I know what you mean by "bad blood" with Acoustic. Back when I first began a year ago my dad bought an Acoustic 15 watt, and the input jack would not keep the cable in, plus there was something odd about the speaker. I think I'll go for the GK for my birthday :)
