If you want to use your tuner for setting intonation then a strobe tuner will be your best bet. I love my two Sonic Research ST-300s but I’m sure the Peterson and TC Electronics offerings are also excellent options.

Without having read a single reply, I'm going to go ahead and cast my vote for the Peterson Strobostomp HD. It's got a big, gorgeous display and you can choose the color, too. The strobe effect let's you get real fussy about your pitch. (Especially handy when setting intonation, etc.) And you can have it always on so that it always displays your note, even when it's not muting you. Best tuner I've ever had.
