I need help

Recently, since the first semester of college ended, I'm having LOTS and lots of trouble staying awake. I ALWAYS want to sleep, even when I just woke up, washed myself, and ate breakfast... I tried drinking coffee and tea, but that doesn't help that much. I tried taking a cold water shower but that only got me a cold (which made me want to sleep even more)... Anyone know what I should do?

I would defeinitely recomend seeking medical advice from a bunch of mostly teenage bassplayers in TB OT. That would defeintely be my first choice rather than say, a doctor, what with their fancy qualifications, training and medical knowledge. No, TB OT is my first port of call.

See a doctor. You may have Sleep Apnea, a condition in which your ability to breathe is reduced at some point during sleep. This causes you to wake up, often so slightly that you never notice it, to restart your breathing process. This can happen many times a night, preventing good, restful sleep. See a Doctor. It's easily rectified.

Did I mention, See a Doctor?

Cut out the caffeine.

Cut down on the carbs. Eat more protein and veggies.

Drink more water. Try Smart Water. It could maybe make you smarter too!

Take all your vitamins. Try Emergen-C for an energy booster.

Exercise.

SEE A DOCTOR. You could have something simple like a vitamin deficiency or a food allergy or something bigger like mono.

No I've never fallen asleep during sex to whoever asked.

Maybe it's because what I eat is different. The school dining hall has all types of food, and I always get my daily servings of veggies, meat, diary, wheat, and all that (in the right balance)... and after I got home, I only get to eat crappy food my mom makes, and little or no veggies. I also stopped going to the pool everyday because there aren't any pools around that allow monthly membership, so I'll have to pay $1000 a year if I want to swim there.

Getting better food at the college cafeteria than at home?!
Not once in my life have I ever seen that happen. You're college must have some nice food.

BTW Cocaine is a bad idea. Meth gives you more bang for your buck. Failing that, vitamins always helped me, and were legal.
