I Need Some Help! Clean Preamp/DI Pedal Choices

-NU-X Melvin Lee Davis Preamp (has a seperate un-altered out for amps so that I can send an EQ-ed signal to FOH and a bypass to my amp.)

I got this and it is a good preamp. Of the 3 virtual amps, the MLD and Aguilar Tone Hammer sim are great. The drive is so so unless you use it sparingly. I have other tube preamps as well to compare and I have been impressed by this unit.

I'm surprised this hasn't popped up yet, but the Radial Bassbone OD or the Radial Tonebone are worth a look for that very use.

They both have Radial pro-grade DI, give you a handy HPF, Mute switch and effects loop.

I am very happy with the Invalid Link Removed. It's modeled after a channel strip on a high end mixing board. Very versatile clean tone shaping EQ + switchable high pass & low pass filters are a bonus.

I have the Mesa and it is clean as a whistle. 4 band EQ with a contour, 2 DI's one can be set either pre or post EQ and the 2nd is post only. You can send a flat signal to the FoH and an EQ'd to the monitor board. High quality components, good stuff.
