I need some help to figure out this bass.

Recently I came across this bass at church.
someone left it at church for more than couple years I guess.
I looked through all the catalogs of Cort Basses but had no luck.
It did not have any knobs on it so I ordered couple.
Its original strap lock/button was no where to be found and was replaced by huge wood screws... (took them all out).
It is thru neck 4 string active cort bass. It does not have separate battery compartment but all goes inside of back plate.
Could not find any bass name that matches with this bass.
It plays nice so I will keep it but just wanted to know what it is.

Perhaps an older A4? The headstock looks a lot like a Soundgear which is cool, and the fact that it sports Reverse P+J instead of soapbars is a big plus in my book. In any case, it looks like a sweet bass!
