I need some help with a presentation please:)

Ok, so we are having this big presentation tomorrow.. we are opening this French restaurant called La France, and we have to say what the business plan is and all that.

I am in charge of the Human Resources Department, and i have an idea of what i do and what i have to say, but i really want this to go well and i have been asking teachers and other people who know about that. But now i come to you because i wanted to see if i could get more tips and imput.

For openers, stay calm. Rehearse what you will say, anticipate questions, and try to glean whatever you can from other presentations before yours (unlikely HR will start the presentation).

Points:
the key to service industry is finding and maintaining good people
People are the major resource of any biz, especially hospitality
Different skill sets are required to run an operation like this: bussers, cooks, food servers, hosters, etc.
We are expert at finding, vetting applicants to all levels required (managers to cooks)
We have effectively and cost efficiently provided these types of services for many others
Let us help you and we'll all be able to enjoy the benefits

Keep it short but not rushed.
Talk directly to everyone in the audience, making eye contact as necessary.
If standing, keep your hands chastely held, fingertips touching, belt high in 'prayer' position. Don't move around too much.

You'll do fine!

Yeah i plan on keeping it short but with good stuff, i dont get nervous and move around much so all i need is to mention these points
