I play in a wedding & club band & gig a lot. I bought the TA-503 in July of 2009 & played an average of 2 to 3 gigs a week. By September of 2010 it developed a crackling noise & periodically cut out. Still under 2 year warranty, I sent it to authorized repair facility & they quickly diagnosed the problem. A faulty circuit board in the power section. They had to send to Italy for the part. It is now the middle of December & due to necessity I bought a gently used Genz Benz Shuttle 6.0 & figured to use it as a backup when I get the Markbass back. After using the Genz Benz the TA-503 will be the backup, if I ever see it again, as the little Genz Benz blows the Markbass's doors off.
