i need to replace a blown horn on my ampeg hlf cab...

You know, if ya gotta ask, it might be a good idea to let someone who knows what they're doing to fix you up. But, otoh, could be an excellent learning opportunity.

And it may be a crossover problem, not the horn.
Or it could be as simple as the tweeter-protection bulb.

thank's for the input fellah's, i do appreciate it! i run an ampeg svt classic (a compact honda limits me one hlf cab) and think that sometimes i like to push those tubes a little too hard 
dont get me wrong, i love this setup with my stingray and demeter compulator pedal- but would you advise me to upgrade the horn as well as the tens to get as much as i could out of a single cab?
