Sometimes I can almost genuinely feel pain... it usually starts about 2 months after I buy a new one... just a little, "hmmm... that bass looks kinda cool". Then it starts to kick in a little stronger... like, "I think I'm gonna really want one of them". About 9 months down the line I start getting really figgety.. sometimes I can hold out.. more often than not I can't... and well... anyway...

appproximately 2:37pm today I cracked. I should be seeing this around Xmas time.

Already got one of those, in a fretless 4 . Actually, I think mine is a firefly, don't remember, but it's a beautiful blue one. This one I wanted for functionality, not looks, and my understanding is it's the same bass as their others minus the bells, whilstles, paintjobs and bucks. Need the latter more than the former.

I played one of those -- the Solid top made it sound a little more full, rich, and loud than the laminated-top Dragonfly.

Looks like you got a heck of a deal, price-wise! Good job!
