I had a bass shipped from Canada, and it took 10 days. If there's a delay at the border, e.g. a bottleneck at customs while they double-check every package for dope or whatever, the actual distance to travel doesn't matter. Also, some people ship items by "surface" (rather than air) because it's cheaper, and that can take forever. I shipped a bass by air to Australia, and it took three days. I shipped a pedal by "surface" to Australia, and it took two weeks.
Did you actually say "Thailand?" . . I dunno what to say except you'll be very fortunate if you ever see a bass of any kind shipped from there from him. On the other hand.. I do sincerely hope I'm dead wrong about that.
