Double Bass iamp 350 overload problem

hi there,

my iamp 350 head gave me yesterday a "no go". i turned the amp on and i didn't get any sound out of it. the input overload LED was already red even with volume set at 4 and i tried every output (DI, phone, speaker out) and no sound.
i live in germany and the EA support doesn't exist here so before i go to a repair shop i wanted to ask here if any one is familiarized with this problem...

Email EA direct and ask them first. They have great customer service.

I am not familiar with that problem, sorry. But if you contact EA as Peck_Time suggested, you might be able to pre-arrange a call between EA and a repair tech in your area. I did that once and it worked out well for me.
