Ibanez 1906 or 1826

My understanding is that the Ibanez 1906 and 1826 have mostly identical specs except the wood: Ash and walnut vs mahagony. They are different colors too. Which do you think is better?

So no real contention about the 'tonewoods' and should buy the prettier one? I like how both of them look a lot though, I was hoping talk bass could convince me that one wood edged out a bass over the other.

Sorry, all contended out. To know which one is “better”, you’d have to play both. Without that, go for the more attractive of the two.
