Hey everyone. I have been looking in pawn shops and on the internet for a couple of years now for the elusive Ibanez Black Eagle. I am really interested in buying one and if anyone has one for sale please contact me! Or contact me if you have information on where I could find one.

My first bass was an Ibanez black eagle. I was about 15/16 at the time. Couldn't stand the way it looked so I took it to the band saw in woodshop class and cut off the horns to a more conventional shape. I eventually defretted the neck and now I have no idea where the thing ended up. Of course now I wish I hadn't done that but at the time it seemed like the thing to do. I did google it once and found a black eagle registry. Maybe you can do that and that might point you in a direction for finding one. Good luck on your search.

You must not be looking too closely, because they show up on ebay fairly regularly.
