Ibanez BTB 1305 premium serial number and info

I'm offered an Ibanez BTB 1305 premium but The guy is unable to find it's serial number.
Q: does it matter?
Where should it be on the bass?

Also I'd like to be sure that electronic have not been changed, how can I check that pups are the original ones?
I'm a bit worried because he offers me this bass in exchange for a Sire M7, so theoretically he would be losing money. So I'd like to be sure the bass and its parts are originals.

All the Ibanez basses I've owned had the model and serial number on the rear of the headstock. Haven't you seen any good resolution photos?

Ask for hi res photos of pups and electronics. You should be able to find plenty of information online to verify if they're correct.

He sent me good photos, but the serial number is not on the head stock.
I've looked at the pups and electronic too on the photos the seem legit.

And no, there is not much info about this model online... I'm online btw ... Am I? lol

Or side of the headstock. It's got to be there somewhere. It may be engraved as opposed to stamped.

Finally the owner told me he changed his mind and don't want to sell it anymore.
Anyway where we live, that was going to take a long time until we could go in the street, as we are all confined because of Corona virus.
