Ibanez BTB 675 string change help

Hey guys! Can anybody please tell me how to change the strings on my Ibanez BTB675? I'm pretty much still a noob when it comes to this, and I also dont know how to "cut the tip of the string for perfect intonation". (I dont even know what that means). Thanks and cheers from the Philippines!

Whole video is good but around 2 minutes he talks about the length past.

Useful information. Stringing the mono-rail bridge is also a little different from traditional bridges.
