I have had this BTB570MFM for 4 years now - got her brand new. But new here to the forum - would love to join the party. I love this bass and can't see myself ever getting rid of it. It's my go-to bass for gigs. I'm now looking for a 5 string to join it. Glad to see so much passion for this very underrated and seldom mentioned (out in the wild) bass.

My second BTB arrived just in time for a post-exams treat. Will find pics later, but it's a 676 to add to my battered old BTB200 back home (bit of a project painting and doing up that one 
)
Question though, was looking at the ATK1000 case to try and protect this one a little better than previous guitars, and all the pictures show 4 and 5 string basses fitting, but anyone know if a 6 is alright for it or is there a better case for BTBs?

there is very little difference in size between the 4 - 5- or 6 string BTBs other than neck width/profile.
I use a Musicians Friend case with foam on the headstock to keep the bass immobile.

Funny, I thought I joined this club last year when I got this bass. I just got a Stingray, this will be my backup, and I'm thinking of doing a fretless conversion. Hit me up with a number.

Can anyone tell me the fingerboard radius on a 400qm? Doing a fretless conversion, and want to do it right
I wish Ibanez would make Bolt on BTB's again. Saw the new BTB 1406 and it looks killer. I don't like neck through designs, so I will not buy it.
