Ibanez dilemma: sr370 or sr900?

Last year, I bought in a music store an Ibanez sr370 (340€), and I'm very happy with it. Its playability is perfect, and the sound is very good for me.

But now, a friend of mine has told me that he's seling his Ibanez sr900. The price is 350€, and I don't know very well what is that bass like. I've watched some videos and I liked its sound, but don't know anything about its playability.

My question is: Is it worthy to buy that Ibanez and sell mine? What are the differences between these basses?:help:

Somebody who knows the two models better can probably provide better info but it seems to me the main differences are that the SR900 is neckthru vs SR370 bolt-on neck and the SR900 has better pickups and preamp. When it comes to bolt-on vs neckthru, bolt-on will have faster attack while neckthru might have more sustain. Overall not a feature worthy of changing.

If you are happy with how your current bass performs then it's probably not worth it to change. The best way to tell would be to ask if you can try it alongside your friend's bass then if it sounds and/or feels better than your current one, buy it and sell the SR370.
