Ibanez GSR-205 with fret buzz

so i got an ibanez gsr-205 for christmas from my father in law and my wife. he said that when he got it, the neck was warped, but had the music shop fix it and it looks straight now. the only problem is the B and E strings both rattle around the 5th and 6th fret. all the other strings sound fine and the B and E are ok on the other frets. Any advice on how to fix it?
