Hi everyone, I'm looking for an active 5-string and am currently thinking about either the LTD B-15 or the Ibanez GSR205B.
I play multiple Instruments, mostly guitar for almost 20 years now. I'm definitely not a bassist though, I play the bass like a guitarist does
I'll need the new bass for recording purposes. I already have a Fender Player II Precision, but since I mostly work on Metalcore, Hardcore, Deathcore etc, I'll definitely need the 5th string.
The B-15 and GSR205B are both on sale right now and I could get either for 275€.
I've played several guitars by both LTD and Ibanez and have been very satisfied with all of them. My LTD EC Arctic Metal is simply the best instrument I've ever owned.
Which one would you guys prefer? Also, if anyone wants to throw in a different model altogether, please keep it below 300€. I know the budget isn't ideal, but that's not the topic here.
