from 2005 the Ibanez GWB-1005 came fretless with a black fingerboard (ebony?) and ebonol fingerboard, is the latest version with the upgraded rosewood, poly coated fingerboard - not the old ebonol?

what are the differences?
still happy with my 2002 GWB-1 ☺️
