Ibanez Roadstar II neck profile?

I'm looking into picking up an Ibanez Roadstar II on the web. There aren't many music stores in my area (mostly just second-hand shops), so I don't have the opportunity to check on out in person.

The only spec that I can't seem to find online is neck profile. Does anybody know whether the Roadstar II was C, D or U? Or maybe it varied among different years and models?

I have an '83 Roadstar II and an '85 Roadstar II. Both have slightly different profiles, but I'd describe both of them as D.

I played the Roadstar in my avatar professionally for years on the road. I believe it was an 84 model. Just recently passed it on to a young fellow. I can tell you that the neck on my bass had a very thin and narrow profile. I loved it. Only put it down last year. Very smooth and thin neck. Superb for rapid fretting. I loved the neck on that bass.

I have an 86 RB850 RS2 and I would not describe the neck as "thin". The nut seems to be 1.65ish size (think P-bass). The neck has such a solid feel to it, it is my all time favorite bass Ive ever played. Ive gigged it for every gig for almost 20 years
