Ibanez SR series, All them have same neck?

Hello mates!

I wonder if all the SR series Ibanez have the same neck in terms of playability . I played an SR 870 ALG some time ago and I loved it! I just could not afford it by the time, and I am thinking about getting a SR but not the 870 because the color of that one wasn't really of my taste.

Howzit! I have an Sr500 and Sr5005, i also had an SR1605b, the necks on all SRs are not the same. From a build point of view, some have titanium reinforcement and some not, some have maple or bubinga or wenge etc. the shape of my SR1605b compared to my Sr5005 is so different its crazy, so try out the bass you want and then decide...
