Ibanez SR405 Electronic Problems? Please Help!

Hello everyone. I recently bought a used Ibanez SR405. I have had it for about a month now, well when I am playing through my amp (Fender Rumble V3 500watt Combo) it makes sort of a cracking sound only when I strike the string (it does not crack or pop when I stop playing). I can hear it though the speakers when I play and it sounds really unpleasant. At first I thought it was fret buzz, but after adjusting the bridge it still makes the same sound. Could you guys please help! Thanks.:bawl:

Already put in a new battery and shook it, but still the same thing it occurs when I have the EQ Sweep knob set more to the fingerstyle setting and have more treble on the bass I am going to upload a pic of the back of the bass and see if you guys can see something.

Remove the cover on the back, position the bass on its edge, pluck the strings while 'lightly' touching the wires on the pots.
Likely just a not-so-good soldering connection. This will pinpoint the loose wire, if there is one.
If you're not comfortable with messing in the wiring, take it to a KNOWN GOOD tech for troubleshooting.

Well I tried lightly touching the wires on the pots and nothing still, but the good news is that the weird noise while playing stopped. I don't know what happened but it sounds good. Here is what the back of the bass looks like.
