Ibanez SR405 issue

The bass came to me with what seemed to be a grounding issue. I remedied that by basically soldering piece of conductor onto the back of the pots and then connected them to the ground connection . After that I realized that the treble pot was busted so I proceeded to replace it with another 50k pot. After that the bass doesn't produce sound anymore. I know the pups are working because I cranked my amp really loud and I can hear the guitar as if the pups were passive. What do I do from here?

The first thing you do is start going over that cavity with a fine tooth comb looking for the wire you shorted or broke off while installing the new pot! And then make sure board is getting power from battery. (battery works, jack switch works etc.) Hopefully you'll find something.
