Ibanez SRX2EX1 4-String Bass was playing one of these the other day at G.C..I have two say it felt great and payed just as well. pretty light the neck is more like a jazz, which helps me having little hands i was suprised with its power being active and the good tone. Dual humbucking pickups and 2-band EQ, i also liked the looks of the white version with black trim... Am i just wanting another bass or is it really that good and not to expensice? So what is your guys thoughts?

I played this bass a few times at a guitar center. I think it's a pretty good bass guitar. ibanez has been known for making good quality bass guitars at affordable prices. if you're thinking about buying this bass, go for it.

im not sure why i even picked it up when i was checking out some live sound gear but i did and cant get it out of my mind. i just really liked it!

I HAVE HAD ONE FOR A ABOUT TWO OR THREE YEARS AND LOVE THE BASS. Mine is the black one and i actually made it passive last year by taking out the preamp stuff and re-wired it as V-T, V-T and I love this bass. One of the key issues I've found onthis particular bass is to have the pickups volume JUST UNDER full on. With mine, about a quarter inch turn under wide open on the neck pickup and even less volume on the bridge P/U for the round full clean tone I love. The neck is great and I can get great action and setups on it. I got it on sale at the time for 279 US$. A total steal IMO and very comfortable to play.
