Here is one my left hand showed me, you can play this over and over again all night long, and everyone knows the words to the ice cream man.

D#, G, A#, C,

G#, C, D#, F

D#, G, A#, C, D#, C, A#, G,

This scale here, D#, G, A#, C, D#, C, A#, G,

you go up one octave to D#, and then back down C, A#, G,

its really B flat and E flat, but there is no Flat symbol on my computer keyboard so either way works best for you. Enjoy

With a QWERTY keyboard, the lowercase b represents flat notation.
