Ideas on Finding Rehearsal / Practice Space?

I just love being judged by the people renting out space before they even meet me then I guess.

It's an investment for the landlord, and they have to use their best judgment. At the very least, a band means loud volume, which could upset neighbors, and expensive equipment, which is subject to crime. Add in the age. Add in the odd hours. Add in the fact that musicians, at the very least, are going to be closer to drugs and alcohol than other tenants.

Finally connected with Rutland Studios, space looks great. Loading in and out each session, but the parking lot is feet from the door and there's no stairs and it isn't going to put a big financial burden on me. We're starting November 1. Thanks everyone.

Can't wait to start practicing with other people. I'm hoping this is going to be a more positive experience than my last one.
