Identify this Bass Please!

Ok my dad is the bass player on the far left of this image. It's from 1969. Can anyone identify this bass? I've started a debate on a facebook group but I'd like to hear from the experts here. Thanks!!

Possibly a jazz with chrome ashtray bridge cover and chrome pickup cover. There seems to be reflections of his shirt cuff and the guitar player next to him.
The jack plate seems to be chrome and is positioned the same as a jazz and also would be reflective. Just guessing.

Fretboard markers say it’s a Teisco or related brand.
Teisco related for sure with those fb edge markers. However, the rounded bridge cover over a chromed base is more like what was on Decca's & Guyatone's then than the usually squared-off Teisco covers. Japanese made without a doubt, but so far I couldn't locate exactly what it was. More Fender shaped than other references. Seeing the hs would have helped.

That's a big loud Fender 2x15 cab amp! :woot:
