identify this bass, tg on headstock

i came across this bass, looks ok but i dont what to think about it. it is a enigma.
iwill buy if it is some kind of lost treasure
it says TG on the headstock.
want to know if it is a good bass, price,model, etc...

Looks like a home-made body with a neck taken from an old 80's bass and recut the headstock.
I wouldn't give any money for that.

I believe that's the rare Thoreauvian Groove bass used on Walden Pond Blues.
