Hi everyone I've seen a few posts on these shadow pickups but wondering if anyone can provide more info other then made in Germany in the 80's. I bought an Aria pro special II that was modified.

Identify tuners n pickups

Afraid I can't give any info on the pickups.
The tuners, what you have are 1 Schaller / 3 generic out of China or Korea; originals would have been Gotoh..

These are Shadow pickups made in Germany, probably in the eighties.
Hofner used these pickups on their 80s Shorty model and I recall an early Jonas Hellborg signature bass from that era which featured them as well.
I also used to have a bass with one of them and remember it to have a great sound.
