IEM system w/ 4 personal mixes

I've been killing myself trying to figure out the right search string for this, but it always ends up too long. Thought I'd just ask and save myself a bunch of time.

What is the cheapest way to get a wireless IEM system that each receiver (4 band members) can have an personal mix which can be adjusted on the fly?

I really don't want to spend a complete boatload. I can get a Galaxy Audio AS-1000 band package for $1004.28. Now,that includes, separate from the package, 4 AKG IP2 earbuds at $60 a piece. If there are better options in that price range then I'm open to suggestions.

The thing with the Galaxy Audio is that each receiver can blend 2 different signals. If what I'm looking for is way more expensive then I can live with having the drummer and I on Ch1 and guitar/vocals on Ch2.

Where you need to start is with a mixer than can support multiple mixes, a sound person who understand & run the system and get everything going thru the mixer. Then you can decide what transmitters/receivers and iems you want to use, Galaxy has always been good stuff but there are certainly other choices.

Alrighty assuming the 01v only allows for 1 monitor mix, it would still allow me to send each individual band members signal out to a mixer. What's a cost effective monitor mixer?

There is the Shure P4M with 4 inputs and 2 mixes out. Anything better?

Something like it would allow me to use the Galaxy Audio and have 2 mixes to blend at the receiver. But, what about having an individual mix for each band member? Looking for the most cost effective but not total crap way to get there.

I think it's paramount that you control your own mix from the stage. I have posted this before, but a great starter system consists of: a split snake ($175), a mixer with 4 aux sends ($50 to $300), and 4 IEM wireless systems ($500x4). Maybe a $150 for a rack case to keep it all protected and quicken your setup time.

We have been using Shure PSM200s with upgraded SCL5s for years. I have read some people on here that say not to even consider anything lower than the 400 series, but of the 7 units we have split between 2 bands, we haven't had any issues. You can get them for around $500 new, less for used. The E2s that come with them suck. The SCL5s are considerably louder and clearer than the E2s. My next IEMs will probably be something that handles even more bass, but these were good for the money.

There are digital mixers that give you more flexibility with built in compression, memory recall, EQ, etc, but we haven't needed it and didn't want to sink $1000+ in a mixer for monitor duties only. It's stable, and relatively affordable. Work's well for us.
If you want to run FOH and monitors from the same mixer, just get a nice FOH mixer with at least 4 pre-fade auxes. That way, you won't change your monitor mixes when you bump a channel fader.
