I thought it was a Dodge of some sort, but I only took 2 pictures of it, neither with any sort of markings on it.

VW Golf MK2 GTI
Sweet! I love the MK2 Golf, especially the GTI.
Ford Capri
I used to have one of those. It was fun, but its construction was really odd. The fenders were welded on instead of bolted on; there was no such thing then as a "little fender bender." Ball joints were non-replaceable; you'd have to replace the whole lower control arm. The u-joints in the drive shaft also were non-replaceable and, like the ball joints, had no grease fittings for maintenance to prolong their useful life. I half expected the spark plugs to be welded in to the cylinder head.
This is the '51 Chevy my dad and I restored. When my dad bought it six years ago, it was a rusty cab sitting on a rusty frame with no wheels. The motor and all other parts were sitting in the rusted out bed which was on the ground next to the truck.
It's not done yet. We are waiting on the wood so we can put in the floor of the bed. After that, we have some work to finish up the interior. Still deciding on a headliner and door panels.

But the look of it is worth it

Man you guys did a great job. Was it hard finding restoration parts?
It was hard to find parts from guys not trying to rip us off by charging way more than they were worth.
We actually found another guy a few miles from where we got this truck who had a big storage container on his property full of old parts. He let us scrounge through it a few times to find what we needed.
