You and me both! First I've heard of it, my wife is gonna be so pissed! I desperately need a dirt cheap guitar reverb or echo pedal for a guitar project I'm working on. I wonder if they have stuff like that there?

The hot ticket there was not folks like me trying to sell a nice Aguilar combo or an expensive used bass, but tons of pedals, Pickups, screws, knobs, parts. Lots of doo dads and knick-knacks

HA! My son and I were there as well. The guy with most of the Peavey stuff is Charlie Turner. He is an independent rep, but he worked at Ontario Music (a big Peavey dealer) back in the early 80's.

The blue T-40 is owned by someone else.

I remember Ontario Music! The only place I've ever seen GGS (Graphite Guitar Systems) basses for sale.

I saw what the Bass Exchange had stacked up, I would guess the auction had an Epiphani 3x10, a Gk400b (not an rb, but an ancient 400b), and an Avatar 1x12

Yeah, Charlie was my cross-town rival at Ontario Music. I was at The Guitar Store in Pomona during the same period. We had a hell of a bass department.

Yes it was. We were on the corner of Towne & Holt.

I think the earliest I made it down there would've been 1987 when I got my driver's license. That was still 5 years before I picked up bass.
