Sounds very intriguing. So is this only available at alligator farms or can you get that from any supermarket over there?

I appreciate the advice, but I prepared it "camp style".correct. And NO it does NOT taste like chicken. More like lobster. To the O.P. trust me on this... Soak the meat in milk for an hour or so then rinse off before grilling.
Sorry. I was too busy cooking the other stuff (alligator was the appetizer) to get any photos of th food.No pics no grilled alligator.
