Image secret reveal

My friend gave me one of those around September I think. I remember it was the day of our first pep rally during football season, so I put it on and wore it all day. I think it looked obviously fake, but it still fooled people from afar.

In fact, I wore it under my marching uniform that night and marched on the field with it. We won that night, so needless to say it became my good luck charm. I wore that sleeve under my uniform every game and to every pep rally. My school made it to the playoffs, but lost in the first round.

It has since been passed on to a freshman in my section.

really? i guess i just dont get why you'd pass up a good gig over something trivial.. although you've probably had alot more gigs than me so that could have something to do with it..

walk a mile in someone elses shoes

because then you'll be a mile away, and you'll have their shoes

It seems MORE trivial to me to not get a gig because you don't have ink.

except you are not in control of the situation. you are presented with two choices

1) wear fake ink and get a paying gig (actually op said tour, so multiple playing gigs)

2) dont wear fake ink, dont get the gig(s)

there may be other gigs out there but you are at this audition because you want this gig (unless your just a gluten for punishment or something)

you have to get the massage to get the happy ending

+1. This and henna tats. Men should not wear them. No. Care to word it for us, baba?

Lost track on the number...

Man Law #???: At no point will a man buy, wear, or even consider slip on tattoo sleeves.

Man Law#???B: At no point will a man attempt to justify exceptions to the above laws, especially with something as weak as "gig requirements." Real men stick to their guns.

Looks good, IMO.

Seriously... tattoo shirts are just a completely, irredeemably terrible idea. They make the Jump to Conclusions Mat look like the wheel, lever and plumbing combined...

Then I wouldn't take the gig. The guys are obviously douchebags who I wouldn't want to play with anyway. I probably have a different perspective being in my mid 40's and gigging all I want. If I was 20 and dying to play, my answer may be different. I'd still think they were douchebags though.

I'll second that. MAN LAW!

Does this man law cover those with actual tattoos who happen to be wearing said sleeves for novelty value, such as a halloween costume? The only thing sadder than the sleeves I've seen was the shirts you could buy a few years ago, with perfectly placed prints of the tattoos of famous rockstars, eg Marilyn Manson or Phil Anselmo on them...

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you are in fact a man but a poor reader. Please reread Man Law #???B.
