Double Bass Importing Double Bass Across US/CDN Border

Has anyone imported a bass (particularly an American made bass) into Canada (from the US) in the past year or so since tariffs have flared up? Is the CUSMA still the guiding law here (which I believe notes American made basses as duty free)? Assuming it is in place, would I only owe any PST/GST at the border?

I have done this in the past without issue, but not in the last year. A luthier friend of mine has told me that everything has changed when it comes to shipping anything anywhere. You may not be subject to anything other than GST/PST, but the shipping charges may be incredibly high. Good luck! I hope it goes well. Please let us know what you find out.
